Mods to curb side dinette seating.

After several trips in our 2007 Safari 25FB, I have declared dinette seating painful, especially for lounging.

I want to remove curb side seating and replace with some sort of swivel lounger.

I hate to give up possible sleeping area but no use seen in the near future.

What have you found that works best? Any recommendations on brand / model? Pictures would be great to help sell the idea to my lovely wife.
