Insulation and New Headliner

If you happened to notice we have gutted a 34 classic from 2001 because of rodent damage and leaks. We found sailrite for headliners, prodex maybe for foil insulation and now need to consider types and methods for glue. Hubby would lik e to add an airspace next to the foil. That is one item. The spray glue works but will cost another fortune in the quantity we need. He is looking at spraying with a pot-but the equipment and bulk glue is $. We also found water based 3M 1000NF glue as a less toxic, more wiggle room before stick, etc alternative. Has anyone done this lately to a whole trailer? I do not want the polished look because it brings inside weather patterns with humidity. We found the click t stops at the dealer to snap over the edges. What a learning curve! We will be armchair experts when we get done! Any help? 😊
