Install A Ceiling Header?

Considering doing a shallow header inside the ceiling during my reno so I donít have to take skins down anytime I want to access wires etc
Any thoughts/opinions as to why to and not to do it?

Contemplating maybe using dzus fasteners instead in the overhead skins for easy access
