Hanging Shelves/Cabinets

How do you hang things like shelves and cabinets in trailers? Can you use regular screws, molly bolts, or do you have to use rivets? If you can use screws, do you have to screw into the frame?

I'm wanting to hang a small steel and glass cabinet that weighs about 20 pounds to store my salon towels in.... do I have to use rivets or can I use regular metal screws? If screws are used, does it have to be in the frame only? Any help would be appreciated!
