Door curtain for 2007 Bambi

Hi Everyone...
We had a rather new 2007 Bambi Safari. I had the frosted door glass replaced with very dark plexiglas so I could see people at the door. Now we need a curtain for the evening!. I want to mount some type of curtain rod on the rounded, curved, padded header over the door. My thought is for a simple, thin rod of some sort... a two-part curtain with perhaps small squares of velcro at the sides and bottom to 'stick' the bottom edges to the aluminum screen door when closed. Has anyone mounted a rod to this padded header? Any opinions on curtain types or material?... or if I can 'match' the other white curtains? All opinions welcome.

I would suggest getting some solar screen that allows you to see out but nobody can see in. We have used it in our home before especially in the winter when the sun is in the southern most hemisphere and we won't roast in our family room which has a southerly exposure.
