Curtain clips?

I have an 89 25' excella, and was wondering if the "plastic" clips for the lower track for the curtains can be purchased. The Drapes are in great condition, its just that some of the clips are breaking. Not sure how to replace them. Any help would be appreciated. Also, can replacement shades be found? The nearest dealer to me is about 5 hours away and is rather small with limited hours.

Thanks
Mark

The answer is probably YES

Hi - The longer you are here on the Forums, the more familiar you will become to Inland RV and Andy. They should have your clips, and you can go to Andys Profile in the Members list to get a direct link to Inland RV.

We too are in the process of replacing clips for our Argosy curtains and use what is called a "G" clip (looks like a G when turned to the side). Inland is having a sale thru Sept. and several styles of clips are on special right now, ours being about .35 a clip. Inlands site shows pictures of most of the sale items by going to the PARTS page and scrolling till you find what you are looking for.

I have seen reference here on the Forum to replacement curtains. Some make their own, but seems there is a place that will custom make. You might try the Search button with "Curtains", or wait a while and someone else may reply here with link. Good luck... Leigh

roll up or accordian?

If the shades are roll up, you can buy any shade from walmart or discount store and cut to fit. Piece of cake!

The accordian type are available from most RV suppliers. Camping world sells many styles.

You can also buy shades form a salvage place in Washington by the name of Singletons who has an online archive of shades.

The clips for curtains are also available from Sonnys Camp and travel at about .25 each. You can find them online at www.sonnyscamp.com

If all you need are the T shaped ones, you can get them at Campingworld for a little less the other places. I just ordered a bunch of the clips since my Wife is making all new curtains for the 78 Motorhome.

You may also want to check RV Surplus & Salvage. I ordered the clips I needed from them. Fast service and good prices!
