have you checked the owners manual?
section D is very detailed on ext care and section E covers interior cleaning (all the surfaces/fabrics)...
"Trailers with aluminum interior skin (Upgrade package)
should follow the same cleaning instructions
detailed in the Exterior section of this manual for the exterior skin."
so IF u need to remove tar, splattered bugs, acid rain, salt, tree sap/leaves and so on...
follow the same steps as cleaning the OUTSIDE.
the inner skin is the SAME STUFF as the outer skin, including the clearcoat.
here is what ALCOA recommends for cleaning...

i am not a fan of walb' for newer streams inside or outside, and there are excellent HOW 2 clean threads like this...

there is an older/longer thread on this topic (interior alum care) here...

given the unit is headed for storage this is LESS of a concern, but for everyday use consider that...
NONE of the common exterior auto care products are SAFE around eating or food prep areas
__________
why not just use water, a few drops of dish soap, microfiber towel and other simple products?
go back and read the instructions from alcoa.
IF u plan on WAXING the interior skin, any mild NON abrasive wax will work fine.
detailing sprays are probably ALL that is needed for shine in the NON galley areas.
cheers
