Ceiling panel / "multi-dome" removal

I've read through a lot of other posts and threads here regarding this topic. There's some particularly good ones such as: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f450...html#post14863. This is pretty much the same as in my service manual for my 74 Overlander and seems straightforward enough. My stumbling block is the "door headers". This would be the connection over the middle of the trailer and at the rear where the sliding bathroom door is. The manual makes it sound easy enough: "Remove the foldette door header at the galley area." OK, easily said, but how do you DO it? Same for the bathroom door. The service manual refers me to page 269, but all that is there is an exploded view of the door, panels, and related extrusions. There's no show of where screws and rivets are hidden, there's no description of where to start.

Anyone here have experience removing the "door headers" and can point me in the right direction? I'm not doing a complete re-do, I just want to pull the ceiling panel (multi-dome) down in order to fix an issue with the TV antenna connection.
