Ceiling and Walls (Can't handle spray paint)

I have read many many posts about the use of Krylon Spray Paint for the plastic end caps. I am wanting to paint the ceiling and walls in my 84 Excella. It appears to be a vinyl glued to the walls.
Has anyone primed the walls with Bin Primer then used Interior house paint?
The vinyl does have a web like pattern in it, and I would like that to go away.
Any suggestions?

Bus Kote can be used as an interior paint. Never heard of anyone doing it but the company says it will help with heating and cooling. (just finished doing my roof) You may also be able to buy the ceramic insulating particles to add to other paint.

Did you paint the skins? Post a pic. I just finished ours. Now it's all white, crisp and clean looking.
