best place to buy new foam for cushions?

Was just on foamorder.com and added up the total for seat and back cusions for my new L-lounge sofa and the total was just over $1,000! Seems high. Other suggestions? I want really comfortable stuff.

Found a very knowledgeable foam seller and was warned, all foam is not the same, for sitting you need a higher density than for sleeping, if the foam is too soft you will bottom out. If you are putting foam on plywood with no give like springs and want to sit for a long time you will not be comfortable for long. Others have mentioned that sleeping on memory foam being difficult to roll over if it is too thick. A couple of inches as a topper is my best comfort level.

We ordered the same foam that Fotochop posted above from the same place in 6" thick for our couch/bed. We made our cushions ourselves and just got them into the trailer this weekend. The foam is really stiff and will not bottom out on our plywood seat base. Maybe a little stiffer than household couch cushions (may settle some after use) but we are glad they are not too soft. Much more comfortable than the original coucho cushions.

The way the foam arrived (2 pieces this way each):

After unwrapping:

Cut to fit with houshold serrated butcher knife (hey, it worked):
