Bathroom Door Support
I am looking for experience with different screw heads that will go through the wall of the bathroom and shower into the aluminum rail that the bathroom door slides on. The original screws are pan head and have a plastic screw cover on them but I am putting different material in the shower and want to change them to countersunk screws like in the picture with the woodgrain where the vinyl wallpaper is removed. I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts about the countersunk screws having enough holding capacity to support the door and won't pull through. Time will tell I suppose. The door is always pulled back and held in place behind the shower wall while in transit so that's where the weight is.
