Amount of fabric for '66 17' Caravel?

Hello! I'm a new member and this is my first post.

Does anyone with a 17' Caravel know how much upholstery fabric would be needed to do a complete reupholstering? (And/or how much fabric it'll take to make new curtains?)

I'm planning to make the curtains myself but pay someone to do the re-upholstering. HOWEVER...I thought it might save some $ to buy the upholstery fabric myself. Also: if anyone has suggestions for upholstery people in the Seattle area, I'm all ears!

First - welcome to AirForums!

I can't help with the upholstery calculation. When we did our drapes we just measured the linear feet and took that to JoAnn's. We gave them the pleat size and spacing and they had a way of calculating the amount of material required.
