'66 Caravel Making New Goucho

Has anyone recently built a new guacho couch for the Caravel? I would like to order fabric from that newtoto.com web page I read about on here but I have no idea how much to order. Our trailer came without the couch so I have to start from scratch on building a new one.

Also, same question on the foam. Anyone know how much to buy...and where..prices??

Any help would be appreciated, it is definitely a head ache doing this without a template.
