1967 Safari shower curtain tabs

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I can't find it. The shower curtain rail atop the ceiling of my Safari had two teeny tabs left. I pulled one off and photographed it for you peoples. Inland RV and Vintage Trailer Supply seem to only have larger ones. Anybody know a source, or a way around this?

Many years ago I believe I found them in a hang package over at Camping World. They were a perfect fit in the track and were difficult to sew in but held up well.
