I've boondocked in about 20° weather in Wisconsin, first thing is to properly prep the camper. Insulate the windows and vents. I have carpet runners on my floor (also helps keep it warm. I keep a big buddy heater handy for 2 reasons, first to help initially help warm up the camper then as a backup just in case. I also made insulation panels to go into the vent panels where the fridge is at. Biggest issue with boondocking in very cold weather is going through lots of propane and having sufficient battery to run the furnace fan. I have a battery bank inside the camper under the booth. It consists of 3 optima yellow top batteries. Not only do I have a ton of reserve but because it's inside they don't get effected by the cold. Ideally (if possible) try and stay at a state park with electric hook up (I know that's not boondocking) because then you can run a nice 1,500 watt space heater. I've found that due to furnace location (I do have it also ducted to the kick panel by the lav sink) it still gets chilly in the rear corner bed ('99 bambi I customized). If you need more information on what I did and my experience feel free to pm me....
