Dexter lift kit install

I am a proud owner of a 2018 Classic 30. I have driveway issues and like to boondock. I would like to have a dexter lift kit commercially installed. Has anyone had experience with having it installed commercially and is there any consensus on where in the country to get this done?

I had my previous trailer done in Oregon. My current one in California. As you long as you trust the company doing the job.

I had timeless travel trailers in Denver do mine. I supplied the dexter kit. They supplied the shop, tools and airstream pros to do the work.

They are top notch. Couldn’t be happier.

They had to weld tabs onto several bolt heads to make it all work given the tight spaces / inability to reach certain bolts with wrench’s on the 30’....

I was happy to pay them to do they work.

It is not a hard job. The biggest issue is getting the trailer jacked up properly/safely and supported properly/safely. IMO, any competent trailer builder/repair person can do it. Your local Dexter dealer's shop would be a good place to start.
This guy did it in the driveway.

I installed one lift kit in my driveway on a 30’ Classic. Didn’t have welding eq available. It just took very creative wrench approaches to get it done.

Kent,
Ronnie at GFML installed a dexter lift last week and it took him just under 4 hours. He’s a professional installer and I assisted with installation. I went down the day before, stayed overnight at his place and was back on the road the next day. If you’re into boonedocking and need solar or a solar upgrade, he specializes in that as well.

On our 13 31’ Classic...I installed the lift kit myself.., I run it up on blocks, so this fat man could get under it...did 1 axle at a time..I do have a wire welder to weld the tabs on the blind bolts...I did scribe where the axles were ...so it will stay in alignment...40,000 miles on it..all is good
