West 2017 Classic 30 - I found the prewired solar connectors

Here's yet another newbie solar question. I found the factory installed solar wires in my '17 Classic 30 under the center portion of the sofa by searching the forums. It was easy to remove that sofa section by removing two nuts on the bottom front, then just lifting the section up. The pictures show what I found.

I was expecting to find SAE connectors. Instead I found an ethernet cable looking connector. Question - How do I convert that connector to SAE to fit my 11 amp controller? Has anyone just cut the wires and joined like wires?

I have two solar panels on the roof for 230 watts. Should I cover the panels with something when I plug in the controller? I'm aware of the reversed polarity of the Zamp connectors on the roof.

Yellow is solar panel plus 0 yellow - sun - git it? Green - earth - ground.

.....or in other words splice yellow to red and green to black...... use crimped 10 guage butt splice connectors.

RJ45 Ethernet cable has nothing to do with your solar pre-wire...

I thought the blue cable with connector was to connect a Digital LCD Remote Display panel to the solar controller that is connected to the factory installed wiring. I found the same blue cable with connector hidden in the wall of our Flying Cloud 25FB behind the Inverter display panel near a GFIC wall outlet and the battery/tank level display panel. A Digital LCD Remote Display panel is meant to be installed on the wall near this area. For example -

Hi, thanks for the replies. I'm back in civilization (uh). There are three wires that are under the center of the sofa. all three are labeled "solar panels". The blue and green should be pretty easy to figure out. I ass-u-me they go from my controller to the batteries, with the green being the ground. The yellow one confuses me. It is labeled Solar Panel. I'm guessing there's a Zamp controller that this will plug straight into, but I have an SOB controller with a red and a black wire from the solar panels and a red and a black wires going to the batteries.
I split open the yellow insulation without damaging the internal wires and found what looks like four sets of wires, shown in the pictures. They look too thin to me to be coming from the solar panels. On top of that, there are only three ports on the roof for the SAE Zamp connectors.
Should I look again for a fourth wire labeled Solar panels, or is there some magic inside that yellow wire?
I was thinking I could connect the positive side of the four sets of wires to my red controller input wire, and the negative side to my black controller wire. But the gauge of those wires looks inadequate.
