Which bucking bar?
Looking for a bucking bar to install outer skin/belly pan to the c-channel and tht kind of thing. Sides of the channel will be 3/4 and 1.5 on the bottom of the "U". Does anyone have recommendations, advice, sources, information on which bar to use and where to get one? Are they all the same? We're also having a hell of a time finding aluminum c-channel 5052 .042. We can fabricate our own but would rather someone else do it.

i bought my bucking bar at vintage trailer supply and it works great.
As for the C-Channel, i have it always made in 10ft sections at a local metal fabrication place, that deals with custom roofs as well as hvac. Just call around, you might find a place.

Heh, mrSin has a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. One of the first things he had to do as a student was make a bucking bar.
