Think I can fix this?
I bought my FC last year with these dents on the rear cap and assumed this was either going to be a love mark I'd have to live with or I'd just replace the panel someday.
I didn't realize PDR was a thing that worked on Airstreams, but from what I understand, that may be challenging or impossible with creases or dents that go across seams.
What do you guys think?

Replacement is the only way to make it as new again.
A good dent guy could likely get it close.

You could always try the shop vac and inner tube method. It won't be perfect, but you might be okay with the results and save a lot of $$$ in the process.

Is it possible to remove a few inner panels and push that out from the inside? I’m sure that would not be perfect but maybe better. The inside panels are just pop rivets as compared to buck rivets.

If the area is not leaking there is a chance moving it will cause a leak from a seam defect.
If you are going to try anything start at the edges and work towards the seam in several steps (edge to seam 1-2mm at a time) or you will probably spread the seam and cause a leak. DO NOT try to remove the entire dent in 1 pass across the face, from the length and size of the dent 10-20 passes would be a safer idea. If you can keep slight pressure on the seams you will see when the area is about to move and can proceed to the next pass.

I had exactly the same problem. I tried pulling it, even with someone who had a lot of experience. Helped, but not much. PDR guys didn't want to tackle it.
There is hope. You can remove the backing from the upper cupboards. The cupboard will not come off -- its screwed in from the back and you will not get it down. You can remove the thin back of the cupboard. I did end up having to cut an edge with an oscillating tool to give it enough room to jiggle back and forth. I can't remember the exact details, so contact me if you need more info. Once its done, I found it handy because without a lot of effort I can remove the back's easily.
Now that you have the back of the cupboard off, you can access the dent -- there is no aluminum skin behind the cupboard. I tried a bunch of things, but ultimately found that pressing it out with my palm worked pretty well. Be careful not to use hard things (hammers) or you will create local dents.
This also allowed me to inspect the seam from the backside for leaks, especially of the seam
In the end, it wasn't perfect, but it is now no longer noticeable on first glance. It turned out better than I expected, after I cruised the forums and couldn't find any great solutions.

PDR on corner crash
I backed into the corner of the eave on a house and used a PDR kit to remove most of the dent, but not the crease. I'd try it on that dent - it won't look perfect.

Before and after pictures of our 19' Bambi.
We purchased it with this dented rear quarter panel. I had a respected PDR guy give it a shot and I was very happy with the results. He accessed the dent through the tail light assembly.

PDR can work wonders, so no harm in asking. My friend had a rear corner dent, and I got my plunger and pulled out. Not perfect but improved appearance.
