Seamless Aluminum Patch????

Is there a technique for seamless aluminum repair? I am remodeling a 1969 Overland Land Yacht 27'. And i want to relocate some outlets, etc. Thanks a ton.....Airstream Rookie!

Sorry, but no.

You cannot weld the "alclad metal".

You can however, cover the old hole with something decorative.

Replace the entire panel would be the only way. Seems I remember member Aerowood do a butt seam with flush rivets on something. Bear in mind Aerowood is an expert I would not attempt much of what he can do...
