Replacing #12 and #14 panels

Sad story. I bought me AS with these two damaged panels. I left my AS with a tech that works (worked) for an AS dealer. I was gone all of Feb while he was replacing the panels and some other work. Well, after a couple emails, he finally answered me more than 2 weeks later telling me he had quit. Well good news, thank goodness to the AS community I found someone willing to do the work. The parts are in, panels anyway. My Question is what else will he need to replace these panels? Which rivets do we use? I just want to have all the materials for him because he doesn't have that much time to put into this.

If the guy who is doing the work doesn't know this then how can you ensure he has enough experience to do this job? Just saying this is a big job, not rocket science by any means, but knowledge of the proper seam sealants, preparation, cleaning, rivet removal, etc are critical for this to work out well for you.

Those panels aren't cheap, just don't want you to end up on the wrong end of this deal.

He does, I just want to know for myself. This has been a crazy and I have to move fast. He did an incredible restoration on his own AS, and is very accomplished at restoration of all kinds.
