removing wall panels

Is it safe to remove all wall panels (trailer would just be floor and shell) and tow the trailer a short distance (less than 10 miles)??? Or should I tow it to the final destination and then remove all wall panels??? I'm new at all this so I'm sure to have lots of questions and I apreciate any help!

You can tow it just fine that way.

One thing to keep in mind is that, once you arrive at your working destination, you'll need to block it up really well to support the front and rear and ensure the frame is level, before doing any frame repair/floor replacement/panel re-installment. Those interior panels do provide support to the overall structure, and the front and rear can potentially sag when you remove them. If you want the panels to go back in cleanly, you'll need to make sure the frame is level and even.
