I'm removing the inside panels of my 1970 overlander, 99% of them are aluminum pop rivets, that are easy to drill out. There are a few that are shinny and almost impossible out. Any idea what these are, how to drill them out and why are they there?
They might be spinning with the bit so the bit doesn't bite and actually drill them. If that's the case I usually tipped the drill so it was at an angle so it could get a bite without simply spinning the rivet.
