Pop Rivets For Bumper

I bottomed out on the rear bumper and popped some pop rivets. Does anybody have the part number for these pop rivets used on the bottom of the bumper compartment? They appear to be 3/16 X 1/2 aluminum. Are these rivets blind rivets? The head is aluminum is the mandrel also aluminum?

I found that these rivets work well for the belly pan area. Large Flange Rivets. You can find them locally at a Fastenal.
