leaking rivets

Hum,
I'm trying to figure out how to fix 3 olympic rivets in my door frame without drilling them out . I'm not sure their all their cracked up to be.

Olympic rivets are fine.

If they leak, blame the installion.

You can work some Vulkem sealer around and under the edges and heads of the olympics.

Then wipe off the surplus.

Olympics, when installed correctly, should have a small bead of Vulkem sealer placed on the shank of the rivet, before it's inserted into the sheet metal.

Alcoa Gutter and Seam sealer can be used to minimize immediate problems; for a long term fix, drilling 'em out and installing per Andy's suggestion is wise.
