2024 Flying Cloud FT 25 ft . Only about 4k towing miles and a rivet popped on the lower left corner and the skin was rippled and starting to separate from the lower trim . Not too happy. As much as these cost and the hype that goes with them l would not expect this . The dealer said they have a bracket fix , so why are not the brackets not installed at the factory since this is a known problem .

From your description, you are towing with a 1 ton truck. You don't mention what type of weight distribution or sway you are using, if any. It's been well documented here that the larger the truck the harsher the ride to the trailer and with front bed units with the front facing utility door, the issue is amplified.

2024s do have the front additional support brackets, so whatever is happening is possibly far more stressful since the trailer should have that secondary support.

I have a one ton Ram with factory air ride . Also have an Anderson Weight Distribution hitch . I have a 50 gal fuel tank in the bed along with a bed full of gear . When l hook up the bags deflate to level the truck . I doubt a 1/2 ton would ride much smoother . If the trailer can’t handle the stress of the road then there is a problem and it is not the truck . It is in the shop now so l will pass on the end results .
