the short answer is wash/rinse it really really well (to remove as much chlorine salts as possible)....
then apply some high quality wax/poly sealant, perhaps several coats....
"advance search" the term 'corrosion' and limit the search to newer models...
use the word
filliform and more focused info will appear...

don't waste time looking for corrosion X, it doesn't help much (not at all)
i've tried several sidebyside experiments with it now (on aluminum and iron) and it does NOT hold up at all to rain or washing....
trying to REMOVE the current corrosion is a multistep, involved, limited satisfaction endeavor...
