Does anybody know of a source for cleco pins?

Go to aircraft-tool.com. You can buy bags of 25 for $8.50, or 34 cents each. Get the pliers there too.

I use 1/8" for reassembly, then I remove every other cleco and ream the hole out to 5/32", replacing with a 5/32" cleco.

After all the holes are reamed out, I remove every other cleco and buck in the rivets. When I remove the clecos I drop them into a soup can filled with mineral spirits to keep the Sikaflex from hardening until I can clean them up.

I used 75-1/8" and 100-5/32"

Ok, good deal! The ones I've got are borrowed from my dad (aircraft use, as you'd expect), and he's lost most of them over their many years of use. As a result, I've only got six pins along with the pliers.
