Argosy front window dilemma

I have a 72 Argosy I bought cheap. We use it as a fishing cabin in the mountains. It only moves once or twice a year. During the summer one of the front curved windows shattered. Knowing the cost and finding a replacement I would like to find a way to skin over the window with aluminum. I know that is a compound curved area. Any thoughts or ideas. I have seen the post about smaller windows being done but nothing about a wrap window. Looking for a creative way to get this done.

If you're sure you want to use aluminum, find an old time hotrod builder that has an English wheel. He should be able to shape one out of aluminum.

Personally, I think I'd consider something like Lexan first, but that's just me.
