Advice for removing these window rivets

I just purchased an old window and I have to remove it from the skin. I thought I could practice my removal methods on this piece, but the rivets are big. Take a look. What are the best tools to use for this? I know that Vintage Airstream Supply is having a sale on riveting kits right now, would you advise ordering one of these, if so which one? I have a lot of body panels to work on. The sale ends tomorrow, but I am fine buying used equipment too, I just need recommendations! Thanks in advanced.

Drill for removing rivets.

For buck riveting you are pretty much going to need everything that VTS has in their kit plus an air compressor.

I'm trying to figure out this image thing, got to upload to server.
Here are the rivets that I'm not sure how to remove. Do I drill the flat side or the round side? It's so intimidating.

I'd say round side, but flat side might be easier. Try one of each and see which is easier.
Do yourself a favor and take a nail punch, or, a 16 penny nail might work, and knock a dimple in the middle of each rivet so that the drill has somewhere to go. That will help to keep the drill bit from sliding off of the rivet as you are drilling.
I understand that it is intimidating, but really it isn't that bad. You'll see. Just don't get in a big hurry and try to force anything. One rivet at a time and don't be afraid to adjust your procedure.

Drill from the manufactured head or "round size" using a #30 drill bit.

Rivets are removed! After a couple hours of hammering the flat heads off the rivets, I have finally removed all the ones still attached to the skin, 87. Some where holding 4 layers together and had to be chiseled off again. The evidence is only seen from the back side of the window, and my sore hand that was hammered accidentally a few dozen times.
