2019 30FB camp side full panel (window sheet) replacement
We recently had the clear coat begin to delam/peel on the main window sheet running along the full camp side of our Airstream. Given the significant size and complexity of this panel, we are thinking that we should plan a trip to JC for the warranty work.
Our first concern is timing. We've read about sheets being replaced in a day, but are assuming the camp side will take longer given multiple windows and door cutouts. Second concern is the complexity of the work and ensuring we cover our bases in scheduling the work (ex. buck rivets) and post work inspection.
Does anybody have any experience with JC replacing similar sized panels?
- How many days were required?
- Any "watchouts" we should consider or ensure we address?
