I just recently purchased a 1968 Tradewind 24' that has lower right and left dented panels that most likely need to be replaced. Any ideas on fixing or replacing would be greatly appreciated. I have started the slow process of polishing the exterior. I would like to know if anyone knows of a wrecked trailer that these parts could be obtained from. They are the lower right and left under panels that wrap up about 2 inches onto the sides. I can also be reached at clintonpye@gmail.com
No need to find old ones. Those are flat panels... you need to drill out the rivets and overlay them over your new alumanum. Drill out the holes, and re-attach. If you're not taking off the back interior panels, then you'll need to use Olympic brand rivets, which then need to be shaved. However, taking off the panels and bucking them like orginally came is preferred.

Thanks for the additional information. I am about 20% done with the polishing. What a slow tedious process. I am going to drill these off and try the straightening method shared above and if that does not work I will go fiberglass.
