Where to put the waste basket?

We have a 30' RQB Fly cloud. The space under the sink is very short and narrow. It looks like I could cut a piece out of the shelf to allow for a standard height sized waste basket but still pretty skinny.
Any suggestions??

I have been pondering the same for our 2010 25’ Cloud. Does yours have the slide out pantry? I was thinking to add a small shelf to the bottom of the sliding door and find a skinny trash can I could fit on it.

One of these came mounted on the back side of the door under the sink.

It's not perfect, but it seems to me like one of the better options. Like anything put inside a cabinet, it does take away a little shelf space in front of it. But, it's in a handy location, has minimal footprint, and can use a wide variety of bags.

We got in the habit of emptying it every morning during our 'coffee stroll' so we don't have need for anything larger.

My 26' came with a dinky bin under the sink. It was so small it filled up constantly. I purchased a 'Simple Human' 45 L. side step can. I'm not normally a Brand Name guy but the Simple Human was the best size and still took 13 gal bags. I also have a dog so I didn't want any lids that opened automatically. It sits in front of the oven where it's the least in the way, and when traveling, I simply loop a flat bungee around the oven door and the trash can.

We have the same trash can. In our 30 Classic RBQ, it lives right beside the counter in front of the door. When traveling it is wedged against the back of the dinette be a stool/box that contains the dog stuff. Plenty of room to get by it while in use and easily accessed.

Not sure why the “toy” trash can is even included in this day of overpackaged products.

This is really cool and something I plan to do eventually. Just have other pressing things to do first. Should fit under the sink in our 25’ cloud, but will need to cut the cabinet door in half, remove shelves under the sink, add a vertical frame support for hinges on the now smaller cabinet door and install sliders for the garbage. Don’t really like the idea of a cutting board being stored above an open waste container so not going to do that.

I have a couple of low profile “happy octopus” hooks installed on the side of the cabinet by the main door.

Spaced to accommodate a Tee-shirt plastic grocery bag and high enough that the dogs don’t mess with it. It gets taken out and dumped when full. We have other hooks here and there for keys, towels, and the like.

I remember the "Living Vehicle" trailer had a can under a countertop opening, but it emptied from a door outside. Genius!

Currently, we have a small waste basket under the sink, and then when we are cooking or “entertaining”, we will also use this grocery store style plastic bag holder. It stores away nicely on the inside of the cupboard door when not in use and can be attached in different spots.

We do have the slide out pantry but can't find a trash can that skinny. If I can find one that is only 9" wide, I will probably cut the shelf under the sink so there would be room for a 13 gallon can to stand up.

I had a larger trash can but decided to convert the pullout to a pantry. I use two different types of trash containers. The over the counter is great. Place it in front of sink when prepping. Hangs over credenza door otherwise. Mine actually has a bamboo covering. Made a lid for it. The second can is a 5 gallon black bucket with a lid with seat padding. Will make a cover for it to match decor. Placed it by door. It makes for a handy seat to put on or take off shoes.

I use a small 10L Simple Human trashcan near the pantry. Seems to stay there rather well when underway and doesn't walk around. Have another small trashcan in the bathroom. We may use a separate trashbag when we're cooking heavy.
