What to do with microwave hole in base cabinet?

SO the 2005 classic we got last March is in the process of doing some upgrades.

We just had the dinette cushions recovered with a light chocolate Ultra Leather and I refaced the two drawers under dinettes seats with same material.

SO looking for ideas for area where microwave was.. Have been thinking about adding the standard drawers like some units have when equipped with convection oven / Stove combo.

any ideas welcome!!

and may be looking for a couple of drawers like in photo.

That's easy. Use to keep your portable ice maker like they have in the new Tommy Bahama version. Scroll through the pictures if you haven't seen this.

that's a fun idea for sure..they did put a lot of fun features in that new unit for sure.

now to the boss.. she was thinking more storage drawers for food etc as we plan to do more boondocking and LESS hooked up camping when we go full time in 3 yrs.

I was thinking small dishwasher in there.. one of the table top 6 place setting size models. http://tinyurl.com/zajw8u2 but she came back to storage..
