What kind of wood in Flying Cloud?

I'm wanting to remove the dinette in our 2017 flying cloud and build a couch with storage underneath. Does anyone know where Airstream sources their plywood or laminate for the flying cloud?

Plywood is just good grade birch. Laminate comes from Wilsonart
