Updating the dinette table

I am looking into options to reinstall a modified dinette table. My 2007 Classic has a solid hickory table top that is heavy and a pain to lower for traveling and then raise it up when arriving at campsite. In searching for a solution I discovered the Cass Hudson Dream Dinette adjustable table base and was wondering if anyone has installed one? It appears straight forward but am concerned with mounting it to the exterior wall. Any thoughts?

One thing you might consider is simply to "pin" the table hardware so that it CANNOT fall while traveling. Simply drill through the hardware and use a quick release pin. Easy solution.
