The common name for that material is "tambour." There are several threads on these forums about unsticking them, fighting with them, replacing, them, etc. You can buy new material, or if yours are still intact, you can try lubing it up with silicon spray. Last resort is disassembling completely.

A good lubrication for the old tambor doors is candle wax.
