Loose Upper Cabinets

The aft upper cabinets over the twin beds in my Excella '92 came loose out of the plastic molded frame- they are still up there but loose at the top- any suggestions on how to fix? Would liquid nails or caulk of some sort work? Anyone tried it?

Becca, look inside the cabinet to see how it is attached, you may be able to screw an ''L" bracket to the cabinet and then rivet it to a frame beam, Darrell
