I took the top off of the spice rack using my grandfathers 90 deg. ratcheting Philips screw drive. I could force the cover to the back. we had a food storage container that was just big enough to cause the jam. having it half apart I removed the rack and paste waxed both the front grove and the back grove. it works much better now. That ratcheting Philips screw drive went to Mexico City on an Airstream Rally in the 60's. Keep those old tools. He was born in 1901 and could fix almost anything.
