Question Interior odors from storage

What is everyone using to eliminate interior odors from the long winter of storage during spring servicing and getting ready for the road at your service facility?

When we put the AS into storage at the end of the season, we remove ALL food and bedding from the unit. Leave a vent open most of the time, only closing it when it gets real cold and nasty out. Since we are in the high desert region of California, we don't have a humidity problem to contribute to mold growth during storage.

Basically we keep it clean and ventilated. Batteries are charged by our solar system and a temperature-compensated MPPT controller. I check the unit regularly, and have a battery watering system installed to make servicing the batteries easy. Tires are covered, and the AS stays in a secured storage facility not far from our home.
