In need of gaucho repair, mattress replacement

Part of my gaucho is missing. Has anyone had to repair or replace parts on theirs?
The Mattress and cushions were trashed by a PO. Anyone want to give an opinion on the best material to use comfort wise?
I am showing poor pictures of part of the gauchos, I will try to take some better ones later in the week.
