How to remove drawers?

I am new to our 2021 25' FC and I want to run a 12V line for a USB port. I can't figure out how to remove the drawers! There's big orange things that seem spring loaded, but don't seem to do anything. Under those are some large hook-things, but I've retracted those with my fingers and didn't get anything to budge. What am I missing?

Open the drawer all the way. You grasp the drawer from above with one hand on each side, wrap your fingers around the drawer bottom and squeeze the orange pads on both sides at the same time. That'll release the front of the drawer, now you can pull the drawer out and up at the same time using pressure on the pads of your hands. You will leave the metal tracks behind .Once you have done it a few times it's second nature.

Squeese the orange blocks to the outside, then lift it out

To install,place on runners,push drawer in all the way.now locked in place

They need a video on how to easily repair the stripped screws on the cabinet doors. Many of mine are stripped and it's a real pain just getting the screws out. They are stripped in the plastic insert. Great fun.

This worked with wood...fill the hole with toothpicks and wood glue let dry. Turn the screw in to thread it and re-install.
If it's a plastic insert, you could try a different type of glue.

My problem with the plastic dowel / inserts is that it appears the dowel just spins in the hole and so the screw will not extract. The screw and dowel just spin. I believe the dowel has some plastic to hold it in the that makes it difficult to remove.

I wanted to upgrade some hinges but I can’t get the old hinges out due to the spinning plastic dowel. Upgrade is to replace 110 degree hinges with 170 degree in the wardrobe closet.
