How cabinets are attached to the skin

Hi all! Are the cabinet ends glued to the metal scribe that is rivited to the skin in a 57 Bubble? Or do they just hold the end panels in place? The reason I ask is I am replacing the vinyl on my floor and would like to remove everything so it covers the entire surface. If the cabinets are glued inside these scribe pieces it could be a big job having to drill out all the rivets and then reattach. If anybody out there has experience with this please enlighten me. Thanx

Plywood to wall

I have a 62' and the plywood in those metal pieces was just floating - except for the piece by the shower, which was glued. These plywood pieces were held in place by the rest of the cabinet framework - which had screws into the floor and ceiling.
