Hard to open

New to the forum. I own a 1975 31 ft. Soverign. Some of the rolling cabinet fronts are getting harder and harder to open. Especially the large one under the sink. What can be done to keep these sliding smoothly?

Spray the roller on the top & bottom with some teflon spray (it's not supposed to collect as much dust, etc. as silicone) then clean the track that it runs on well (they seem to collect lots of junk). Spray that after you clean it. Run it open & shut and spray it on the roller top & bottom again. Keep running it open & shut until it glides easily. It may take a little while, but it'll loosen up with some spray.
