Gaucho to New Style Sleeper Sofa and Dinette

Hi all,

Sorry for my lack of participation this winter and spring.

I am wanting to take out the table and gaucho from my 1972, and replace them with a sleeper sofa and dinette that come in the new units.

I have seen a lot of pictures of dinette conversions, but none that are quite like the new style.

Anyone know/seen this conversion?

Would you start from scratch and have it all built, or would you buy/find the current furnishings from Airstream and modify to fit.

I do know I need to break out the tape measure and start a little figuring, but I am just hoping for a few quick ideas from you all!

I don't have a reply to your question, but am wondering if you could help me out by sending me pictures of the assembly of the couch, specifically the shelf and curtain rod under the front window and how the curved foam piece fits in? We are restoring a 1972 and didn't take pictures before we deconstructed that section.
