Hello everyone. I would like to share my custom cabinet lighting project I did on a 64 Globetrotter. We installed LED lighting inside of the cabinets to give a warm glow. I used a push switch to control them from going on and off. So when you open them they turn on and when your done, close the cabinet and the lights will go out! This upgrade hardly draws any extra wattage and the warm light matches all of the other LED bulbs that were installed. As always, input is welcomed!
Is the light for when the cabinets are open or closed? I have a couple of 12 ft LED strips but have not decided where to use them.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
They automatically turn on when opened individually. Each cabinet is its own light. When you close them there are no worries of them staying on because of the push switch. I have a picture of this above but it is kind of hard to see with the mahogany stained cabinets. But if you look close enough you will see two installed push switches that will control the lights.
