Chairs to replace Sofa Bed

The sofa bed in the front of our 1989 Excella 29 is not highly comfortable.
Would like to remove and replace with two comfy chairs. Recliners might work, but we have fold up tables on each side of unit for dining, computer play, etc. (there is no dinette).
Any suggestions on specific pieces (recliners or otherwise) that would fit and be comfortable enough for long rainy days?
Or, good sources for such Airstream/RV furniture?

This is an ongoing conversation and although I may be first to reply I can guarantee you there will be many more suggestions. We found the couch to be very uncomfortable as well. Our temporary fix was Best brand club chairs. I send a pic when I get home

Thank you; I’ll look forward to the pics.
What do you mean by “temporary fix”?

by temporary fix, I only mean that it was never intended to be a long term solution as we were looking for and had found what we really wanted but the chairs were going to run about $2000.00 . We were going on a lot of trips that summer and wanted to be comfortable. I had these used chairs rebuilt by an upholsterer and they are still being enjoyed. If money is no object great, if you need to keep it in budget then there is always an alternative. Lots of good ideas provided by all our friends on Airforums.

Lambright furniture is made for yachts and RVs. Light weight and high quality.

Just make sure you don't have those goofy battery boxes in the way. If you do, Vinnie's Airstream Repair has a battery box fix, an addition to the storage box behind the gas bottles.

Yes, I do have the battery boxes behind the gaucho. Also have the box behind the propane tanks. Does Vince’s sell a fix or do the work?

We took ours out and put these in instead. We love these. Found them online for I think around $230.00 each.

Yes, Vinnie sells a modification for box behind your tanks. It allows a place to keep 2 house batteries. You will be able to eliminate the inside portion of the goofy battery boxes in your AS, making room for your recliners.

If you'll search the following, I think it may give you some ideas about what is possible.

Airstream will not provide Recliner options for 2016

We finished our recliner conversion! Very happy to have added storage and comfortable seating. Shout out to Jim and Carmen who are Living in Beauty for sharing pics and suggesting Lambright.
