Bring Back the Luster to Formica

I stumbled upon this easy way to bring back dull formica. I've tried washing with orange oil and that just lasts till it drys. Saw a commercial that they put a shine on a car in a junk yard. I used car wax and it makes the wood grain like new. Also brightened up the orange formica in the kitchen I'm going to do all the walls, cabinets, etc.

Sorry about making a new thread for this. I had no idea where to put this.Maybe there should be a Helpful Hints thread?
