Barnwood Dinette Table
We recently changed out our dinette table for one we ordered from FreshRestorations on Etsy. We loved the woman, Audrey's, work. She uses old barnwood from her childhood farm and surrounding area to make furniture of all kinds. She offers all types of finishes, too. We ordered just the tabletop and added an industrial looking leg over the existing, working leg (that lowers the table to make a bed). We know a lot of people take the dinette out but we love ours and use it everyday we are in the Airstream. Thought we would share the information in case someone else is looking for something similar and wondering (like we were) how hard it was to change out and if it could be done. It was easy to do. We used the old hardware and installed the table just like the old one then slipped the industrial pipe (from Home Depot) over the existing leg. We have an adhesive felt pad under the flange to protect the floor (It just fit!)
