See twice
I've seen these in a 57 Custom and I found this one set in a 58 Flying Cloud.. it's now proudly in our 58 Sovereign of the Road.

Rob- Love the chairs! Are they Leg-O-Matics? I received four last year for my Birthday. Wally originaly had them listed in his catalog so for a while they were the "Offical" chair of Airstream. By the way, package arrived safe and sound.

I have a front lounge sofa, two rear twin bed frames, a rear nightstand, a side console, two overhead rear bins, and a fold out dining table that have been removed from my 31' Soveriegn. Plan to sell them all on ebay starting this weekend. Anybody have an idea on what they are worth?

as they say "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". if somebody wants them they'll pay, otherwise free is the best way to clear out the garage.

I'm still looking for edge molding to re-trim the table. Cut mine down and put on new formica. Got a couple of 6' strips of 3/4" trim if anybody needs from VTS. Now I need the 15/16".

I am resurrecting this thread because we are in search of a table. We have a 1989 Excella. Half of the street side folding table is missing. We are really hoping to find a new table or just the missing leaf. We do not all fit around the half, as there are nine if us. (my husband and me and seven children.) we would try to make the missing piece, but we can't figure out how it originally worked. The half which hinges from the rail is there, and it locks into position and the leg is there, it can be used as a small table. There are cutouts for hinges we think, on the front edge. Anyone?

Just make the missing piece. It's the same size as the original. All you need is a piano hinge to connect the two. Or you can make both pieces so they match. You already have most of the hardware.

We had successfully cut the folding table down in size and rebuilt it in the Tradewind. The inside is hollow, I guess it would be a gatorfoam cardboard. That meant rebuilding all of the so surrounding edges with 1x2, then adding new edge moulding T-style plastic. Thought I'd mention this in case some of you try to modify the existing table. The end product gave us a smaller table that was easy to slide out and fold with matching formica we had used in the kitchen and other counters.

Double fold out table
I have the factory original table that I removed from my 2008 30' Classic when I did my remodel. The remodel did not permit the use of the table so I removed it. I left the top and 2 side panels and installed a face frame and 2 doors plus a shelf to make a liquor cabinet. the table is as new and is hickory. Replacement cost from Airstream is $1287.28 plus freight plus tax since it must be purchased through a dealer. If you are interested I can forward the diaghram from Airstream plus a picture of the table. Jerry

Bandits. I'd love to see pics of your liquor cabinet!! We have ours stashed in my closet as the closets are the only cabinet tall enough for the bottles!

Folding table
I'm not sure what you are looking for. I did some remodeling in my 2008 30' Classic. I removed the table that swings up as well as extends. It wall mounts and stows flat against the wall when not in use. It is solid wood, Hickory. There is a matching single table on the opposite wall which I will keep since it is part of the cabinet where the Zip Dee chairs are stored. The double table is available. Jerry

Airstream tables
Does anyone know of a supplier out there I could get a custom table made by for the 1978 TradeWind Im renovating? Or the materials to build myself?
What is VTS?
What I want is a retro 50's dining table that is metal surfice with metal banding and a leg that lowers or comes off to then rest the table on the lip of the custom benches weve built. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Jerry-
Are you able to post a picture of your remodel/liquor cabinet? We have an '06 & interested in changing our table into something more useful.
Thanks!
